The Company
Speedy Auto Locksmiths (SAL) are mobile car key replacement and vehicle entry experts. They specialise in lost car keys, spare car keys, locked vehicles & all types of key and alarm problems.
The Challenge
SAL had a new website built in 2021 by another agency. The website had not been search engine optimised, the content needed improving, and the website had no rankings in the major search engines as the site did not have any Domain Authority or “value”. We also identified intense competition from larger national competitors and numerous local competitors.
The Solution
The first thing we did was to set up a Google My Business (now called Google Business Profile) for SAL. We then built key links (Citations) to his website and optimised it to support his location in Hertford.
As his customers searched their mobiles for his services, we ensured the business was positioned well in the local search results. We then rolled out this approach at a county level to cover the whole of Hertfordshire.
We are now rolling out the strategy to cover other towns and counties where the company provides services.
