We are seeking a creative Content / Digital Marketing Executive to join our thriving Digital marketing agency based in Hertford, Hertfordshire.

You will be involved in various digital marketing channels, including Content creation, SEO, PPC, and Social to deliver our clients’ sales, leads and visitors.

Key Responsibilities include:

Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Able to write long and short-form content for online and offline usage.

Able to define and create content strategies to support SEO activities.

Excellent knowledge of keyword research techniques and tools.

Content Creation – support the Head of Digital by creating a wide variety of content—blogs, e-books, whitepapers, podcasts, videos, and webinars.

Content marketing – promote content across online and offline channels.

Knowledge of social media management and content creation for social media channels.

Work alongside our web design team to create and build effective landing pages, improve conversion rates, and optimise clients’ websites.

Plan, build, manage and optimise paid search and social campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn.

Analyse campaign results and optimise campaigns based on the statistical data available, following best practice guidelines for optimisation.

Work closely with clients to plan monthly marketing activities and be the client’s first point of contact for all allocated accounts.

Co-ordinating activity with other departments and our partners.

Produce Monthly Reports and Analysis for all client accounts.

Support sales in preparing marketing audits and proposals.

Ability to set up and manage analytics and tracking tools.

Candidate Requirements

Experience and interest in a wide variety of digital marketing channels.

Willingness to learn new skills. 

A motivated self-starter with a passion for digital and search marketing.

Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Good interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to follow core business processes.

Experience with marketing automation systems is a bonus.

The role reports to the Head of Digital.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Ability to commute/relocate:

Hertford, SG13 7BJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
