What is database reactivation?

Database reactivation operates on a simple principle: it’s more cost-effective to retain and reengage an existing customer than to acquire a new one. The goal is to reawaken or reclaim dormant and disengaged customers by reconnecting with those who showed interest in the past but have since become inactive.

How many contacts do I need?

We recommend using a list of at least 500 contact to put into the reactivation the campaign.

Is using SMS for marketing legal in the UK?

Sending SMS messages for marketing is legal when customers have opted in. However, without proof of their consent, it’s not permissible to send them marketing texts. If there’s uncertainty about opt-in status in your customer phone number list, you must confirm their consent via email. To comply with GDPR, we only send SMS messages to customers who have explicitly opted in.
